1 / SCOPE OF THE CAMPAIGN

YEP Campaign, valid between 08:00 on 01 December 2020 and 22:00 on 31 December 2020, tr.buynespresso.com, 444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line) Nespresso Customer Contact Center and Nespresso Boutique * and / or Nespresso's contracted website and retail sales points ** (you can find the list on the bottom page of this campaign text.) Details about the Year-End Campaign are as follows.

• When purchasing an espresso coffee machine (Essenza Mini, Inissia, Pixie, Expert, Essenza Mini Bundle, Inissia Bundle, Pixie Bundle), 5 sleeves of coffee capsules will be given as a gift.

• 10 sleeves of coffee capsules will be given as a gift when purchasing a milk coffee machine (Lattissima Touch, Lattissima Pro, Lattissima One, Expert & Milk, Gran Lattissima or Atelier).

• The campaign is valid between 01 December 2020 08:00 - 31 December 2020 22:00.

• Customers will be able to use the coffee gifts until January 31, 2021, and will be able to benefit from the coffee gift by calling 444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line), visiting tr.buynespresso.com website or Nespresso Boutique. Requests after this date will not be accepted.

• You can visit tr.buynespresso.com for the unit sales price of the coffee capsules to be gifted.

• It is valid for the purchase of all types of coffee capsules available in stock.

• This application is not subject to MPI permission. Those who participate in this promotion are considered to have accepted the rules of the promotional offer.

• The campaign is limited to stocks. Nespresso Turkey Gıda Ticaret A.Ş. reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign or cancel the campaign.

• Coffee capsules gifted within the scope of the campaign can be used through the Nespresso Customer Contact Center at 444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line), the website tr.buynespresso.com or through Nespresso Boutique.

• In order to receive gift coffee capsules, one must submit the original invoice or receipt and serial number on the machine via Nespresso Boutiques, Nespresso Customer Contact Center (444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line)) or tr.buynespresso.com website.

3 / CAMPAIGN RESTRICTIONS

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion / campaign.

• This campaign is limited to 5 sleeves of Nespresso coffee capsules for espresso coffee machines and 10 sleeves of Nespresso coffee capsules for milk coffee machines, depending on the type of Nespresso machine purchased.

• The gift of coffee is valid only in the country where the machine was purchased.

• The campaign is not valid for commercial purchases sales channel.
• The campaign is limited to a maximum of 5 Nespresso machines per invoice issued on behalf of the person.
• All necessary information must be provided to Nespresso's direct channels (Nespresso Boutique, Customer Relationship Center and website), which are the serial number of the machine and the original purchase document, obtained from the cooperating websites and electro-stores. Requests containing incomplete information will not be valid.
• Capsules bought as gifts with this campaign cannot be used to benefit from a different capsule promotion.
• In the event of returning machines purchased during the campaign period, the purchaser disclaims the gifts and benefits earned under the campaign.
• Nespresso requests personal information to take advantage of the campaign.

Your Personal Data may be processed for the purposes (“Purpose”) of participation in the online offers organized by Nespresso Turkey, to plan and execute the activities necessary in this scope, to obtain your name, last name, mobile telephone number, e-mail address and address to participate in offers that are organized online and to plan and execute the activities necessary in this scope, so that Nespresso Turkey can organize promotional offers and fulfill legal requirements related to this and so Nespresso Turkey can contact customers that have won prizes in the special offers that are organized.

Our company will conclude any application requests according to the nature of the request, within thirty (30) days at the latest in accordance with article 13 of the Law. If the procedure requires a fee the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board shall apply. If the request is denied the reason(s) for rejecting the request shall be provided in writing or electronic format.
