Coffee capsules gifted within the scope of the campaign can be used through the Nespresso Customer Contact Center at 444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line), the website tr.buynespresso.com or through Nespresso Boutique.
In order to receive gift coffee capsules, one must submit the original invoice or receipt and serial number on the machine via Nespresso Boutiques, Nespresso Customer Contact Center (444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line)) or tr.buynespresso.com website.
3 / CAMPAIGN RESTRICTIONS
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion / campaign.
This campaign is limited to 5 sleeves of Nespresso coffee capsules for espresso coffee machines and 10 sleeves of Nespresso coffee capsules for milk coffee machines, depending on the type of Nespresso machine purchased.
The gift of coffee is valid only in the country where the machine was purchased.
The campaign is not valid for commercial purchases sales channel.
The campaign is limited to a maximum of 5 Nespresso machines per invoice issued on behalf of the person.
All necessary information must be provided to Nespresso's direct channels (Nespresso Boutique, Customer Relationship Center and website), which are the serial number of the machine and the original purchase document, obtained from the cooperating websites and electro-stores. Requests containing incomplete information will not be valid.
Capsules bought as gifts with this campaign cannot be used to benefit from a different capsule promotion.
