To that note, we are making a number of adjustments to make sure we can continue to meet our commitments as we navigate this ongoing situation together:

 

NESPRESSO BOUTIQUES

According to decisions taken by the government, we would like to state the measures we have taken in our boutiques:

 

  • The use of mask is mandatory for both our coffee specialists and our customers.
  • Our tasting areas is closed.
  • The specified number of customers can be accepted in the boutiques at the same time.

           

Nişantaşı Boutique: 3 customers (working hours: 12:00 – 20:00)

Suadiye Boutique: 4 customers (working hours: 12:00 – 20:00)

İstinyePark Boutique: 3 customers (working hours: 12:00 – 22:00)

Zorlu Center Pop-up Boutique: 2 customers (working hours: 12:00 – 22:00)

Kanyon Pop-up Boutique: 1 customer (working hours: 12:00 – 20:00)

Akasya Pop-up Boutique: 1 customer (working hours: 10:00 – 22:00)

OUR STAFF

The safety of our employees during this time is a priority. Our employees in our corporate office in Istanbul, including our Customer Relationshop Center team, have been working from home by turns. Like so many of you, they are trying to balance their professional and personal responsibilities while continuing to support you when you need them. This measures can cause longer response times than usual, but we are making effort to providing you with the best possible service.

 

ABOUT COFFEE PRODUCTION

To protect the health & safety of our employees we have had to adapt our coffee production plan in our factories based in Switzerland. To make sure we can continue to deliver your favourite coffees we have decided to focus production on a "core range". We hope to be able to offer our full range of coffees soon. Our coffee expertise team have carefully selected alternative but similar coffees for you to try in the mean time.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES

There is a dedicated group who continue to work in our distribution center to prepare and ship your online orders. Enhanced hygiene process and adjusted staffing hours have been implemented in our center, however due to the fact that we have to work with a limited number of people on a field basis, we may encounter some delays. We are working hard to get your orders delivered to you. That said, we are happy to offer free delivery by cargo to all orders over 100 capsules. Additionally, we are working closely with our delivery service providers to ensure safe contactless delivery of your orders.

 

MACHINE REPAIRS

In order to protect both our employees and our customers, we would like to state that we have taken all necessary measures in our technical services.

You can call our Nespresso Customer Relationship Center to get help with the maintenance and repairs you need for your machine.
